News Corp. and Apple has just announced the launch of The Daily, a newspaper iPad digital-only kind that promises, if nothing else, shake things up a bit '. But it will only iPad forever, or that News Corp. has any other ideas? Survey
says other ideas.
Rupert Murdoch, News Corp. president and CEO, said at the opening ceremony today:
We were very early with Apple. We expect to be on all the major boards. But this year and next belong to Apple. This is just a case of market
So far, there really are the "major" iPad tablet does not call, but suppose someone makes a tablet based on Android in the next two years, that even remotely comes close to mass appeal. Given Murdoch's statement would not be too difficult to imagine a version of The Daily Android.
Then again, given how quickly to proceed in the development of Android, who knows what the landscape will look like tablet in two years'? Does anyone even know what a tablet was two years ago? And by everyone I mean someone who does not spend all sites on F5-tion tech.
